This made easier to wrap my thumb and help with pain relief and support.

Work well. Stay in place and help with swelling but hurt pulling off.

This tape is AWESOME and I can not say enough good things about it! 10/10 great! So I bought this tape and used an oval 8 thumb splint over the thumb joint then taped It with water proof kinesiology tape from Care Science cut in half lengthwise. You can wash dishes, shower, drive and still text All while stabilizing your trigger thumb! If it gets wet it will Completely dry out in about an hour. The toe is super sticky and doesn’t peel off. Works far better than the bulky spica splint that’s gets in the way of everything all day long and you can’t type, text, wash dishes or anything in one of those big bulky splints. This tape and the oval 8 thumb splint w more tape Over it works.

Initially, I thought these would be useful and provide the ability to adjust the level of support better than standard athletic tape. The precut shape didn’t fit my hand as well as I’d hoped, but they are easy to customize with scissors so that wasn’t a problem. The problem is weak adhesive. I found that the ends and edges start to lift soon after wearing and they don’t stay in place during normal wear or sleeping. I’d buy again if they were stronger and stayed on after moderate stretching…as they are intended to do.

Tape definitely helps my injury
