Jovial makes great gluten free pasta. The farfalle is one of our go to pastas. Easy to cook and the pasta has a nice toothsomeness.

I have celiac and it’s hard to find pasta that my non-celiac family members enjoy. This one is a winner. It doesn't fall apart as much at the corn based pasta we have tried. It’s not as gummy. The texture and taste are much closer to traditional pasta.

Jovial makes the best GF pasta. It's made with Italian ingredients and has a great consistency, not gooey like so many other GF pasta products. Just make sure you pay a lot of attention to not overcooking, for GF pasta you are better off al dente. Taste frequently when you get close and pull off as soon as you're close to done.
