Worth the extra cost
So far this is five stars. I have an 18 year old and a 3 year old. My elder kitty was hungry all the time, always crying for food. Good appetite but never satisfied. Since I’ve been feeding them this she is content, she doesn’t cry for food or even treats, and she’s grooming herself more. My 3 year old really likes it too and I think he seems happier. Glad to say they are both healthy. This food is worth the extra cost.

Priced better than small
Cats have no problem with this. My picky one eats it too. Only downside is the cost but I feel like wet food is expensive no matter what, and this is a better deal than if you buy the smaller cans. Texture isn’t as smooth as some other pate’s but doesn’t matter too much.

My cats bothLOVE this
I recently had my 2 youngest cats 6 & 9 die suddenly in me different reasons but I wanted to get them off the cheaper fancy feast & maybe on a bit more expensive better quality food. Both my girls google it right up. They are big cans like soup can size so they last longer I put them in the fridge.covered once opened. I’m really happy with the subscription & I think the girls are eating better now & I hope they have a longer healthier life. It’s so heartbreaking to lose a very much loved cat.

Cranberries, Yucca, Pumpkin, Tomato and Rosemary? Dangerous for cats!
Why would anyone other than a So-Cal marketing consultant put these kinds of ingredients in a cat food? Is the cat on the Malibu fruit and fiber diet? (Yes, I just made that diet up, but the marketers may steal it and claim it is healthy for cats, which it won't be!) First of all, cranberries contain benzoic acid, which is toxic to cats. Yucca is toxic to cats. Rosemary (which they are using as a preservative) has caused seizures in cats and dogs and is not proven safe at the levels used here. Beyond that, these other weird ingredients that no sane cat would ever naturally decide to eat have a high risk of causing allergies and/or irritation in a species not meant to process them. I realize other manufacturers are doing the same thing these days, but that doesn't make it safer for your pet. It just means it's unregulated. I didn't know all these crazy things were in there when I got this as a last-minute substitution for our of normal food and fed it to my cat one night. She woke up making disturbing snorting sounds like she was trying to blow something out of her nose. She was hacking strangely, trilling, and clearing distressed. The vet suggested it could either be an allergy or a cold virus. After reading the ingredients of the food and becoming very suspicious, I decided not to feed it to her again. She got better the following day. Unfortunately, a few days later (after she was totally recovered) she was accidentally was given a quarter of a can left in the cabinet by someone else. The VERY SAME THING happened again. I'm sure it was the food. Luckily it wasn't bad enough in her case to cause serious damage (although it could have been), but even mild reactions cause inflammation that can be dangerous over time. Please don't feed this to your cats unless the manufacturer reformulates it to be suitable for felines to eat. It isn't worth the risk.

Cats love this
The cats love this, it's their favorite brand and 2nd favorite flavor (duck & tuna is the first). They have no issues when it's cold from the fridge and the large can last almost a day for 2 large (10-12 lbs, adult energy) cats. The only issue I don't like about Nulo is all of their three large cans have some sort of fish in them, even the chicken and turkey one. Hopefully they change this soon as I like to keep the mercury, etc level lower in my furkids.

My cat will no longer eat this
I had this on subscription because my cat seemed to like it and it’s one of the better canned foods for cats due to the ingredients but he will no longer eat it. I’ve tried a variety of flavors but he doesn’t like the taste of it anymore. For the cost this should be more palatable to cats as I see a lot of others saying the same thing. I had to switch to something else or I think he would’ve preferred to starve.
