Great stuff! After having my gallbladder removed I've suffered badly with digestion problems. This has really helped sort me out. It's pleasant to take either sprinkled over food or straight from a teaspoon. Have bought 2 lots so far and will be back for more.

I struggle with getting fibre.. I swear by this product no taste or smell so it mixes well it water . 10g =1 serving also means 10g of fibee

So pleased we found this product
My son is disabled and suffers with constipation and since giving him this 6 months ago. I have seen a huge change in him. He no longer requires laxatives for his constipation and he seems to fight off illness so much easier. We love this product

I do take this in my morning drink
They say it is fibre that feeds the ( good) microbiome in the gut. Who am I to argue? I do take it in my morning drink. Very slightly sweet but tasteless
