Well so far, i have only had it one day, it appears exactly as described a good quality leather ratchet belt. The ratchet locking mechanism works well and provides the fine waist adjustment i was looking for. The trimming to size is straightforward but you do need a sharp, sturdy knive or a good pair of large scissors to cut the belt. Excellent value for money and looks good so one happy customer ..
