This is great stuff. I always use avocado oil when I cook and like the cans that have the spray feature. This brand is wonderful because the spray feature doesn't clog, or stream as time goes by like many other brands do. The oil is light, clean and cooks foods well. The price is comparable to other brands, and like I say the spray feature works well to the end.

Honestly, this stuff is pretty convenient if you don’t feel like pouring oil every time. The spray makes it easy to control how much you use, especially for pans or air fryers. That said, it can run out quicker than expected, and sometimes the spray isn’t super even. Still, it gets the job done and keeps things simple.

The spray doesn't have anything bad about it......each can lasts for a long time, and I don't taste anything weird.

I am a chef and I am always looking for alternative to Pam. I was pleasantly surprised. It sprays evenly and keeps food from sticking.

This is a beautiful oil of the highest quality. It has a silky texture, and is incredibly versatile, as I use it as a non-stick spray, but also a light mist as a finishing oil. The packaging is fantastic: the sprayer works as a wide mist or a smaller, more targeted stream, depending on how you use it. One can lasts me quite a while, so I find it generously sized. This is a pantry staple in my home, and I always have at least two on hand at all times.

Love this product. Sprays beautifully. Does not affect the flavoring of your recipe. I think this is healthier than some of the "oil" sprays that actually have a lot of ingredients you can't pronounce.

This cooking oil spray works well. My food does not stick in the dishes like other products do.

The oil is great, but the sprayer is kind of wonky. It’s hard to use a small amount with any consistency.
