Excellent! Helped me a lot in a better sleep!

First, I have purchased Swanson supplements for more than several decades. Happy that Swanson products are available on Amazon! I needed a B-6 supplement and after taking pyridoxine for 20 years, this, more active form, became available. Since it was a Swansons supplement, I trusted that it was of high quality. Small capsule, easy to swallow. No taste or smell.

I’ve been using this P-5-P (active B6) mainly to pair with 1 mg of copper glycinate, and overall it works very well for me. After taking it, I notice a clear boost in energy and a general sense of improved recovery. It seems to support muscle function and even helps with gut repair, which was an added benefit I didn’t fully expect. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the dosage. At 20 mg per capsule, it’s a bit high for my needs, so I split it into two doses to make it more manageable. Other than that, the quality is solid and the effects are consistent. If the dosage fits your needs—or if you don’t mind adjusting it—this is a very effective form of vitamin B6.

Swanson makes high quality products but unfortunately synthetic B vitamins cause some to have nerve irritation.
