This is the very same unit that was installed by our builder. Unplugged the old one and plugged in the new one. Took longer to open the box than it did to do the swap.

Got this to replace the one I already had . The screen had gotten stuff inside and it was hard to see.

Exactly what I needed.

Bought this to replace same thermostat, that lasted 12 years, before it started going completely blank for periods and then turning back on.. Unfortunately this one had a very dim display, and only lasted less than 7 MONTHS (Oct - May) before the same problem as the original. I noticed the manufacture dates of both were exactly the same. the search for a reliable replacement continues.

Buyer beware. This item is not returnable. I would not purchase from this seller again. The item was not as expected and not returnable.

This thermostat is garbage. We have two of them, and both suffer from the same issues. When set to either heat or cool, the thermostat will frequently not shut off the heat/air conditioning unit at the target temperature. It's pretty often we will set the A/C to 72 and come back and the thermostat is showing 68, and hasn't shut off yet. We have to go turn the unit off, then back on to get it to work correctly. It's the same thing with heat. We will set it at 68 only to come back when the temp is 77. We have turned them off and back on, tried switching to heat then back to a/c, tried unplugging the units and waiting before plugging them back in to reset them, and nothing works for more than a day or two. These are low budget, poor quality and basically garbage. About the only good thing I can say about them is that they actually turn on when you plug em in.

This thermostat is in the home I rent and is terrible. It never keeps the house at the temperature it’s set on and varies by as much as 3 degrees. Very unreliable and just a pain.
