are these easy to swallow?

Yes they are. Just be sure to take them with a big glass of water. Not so much because they're hard to swallow, but because they can cause heartburn if you don't take them with enough water.

How big are these? I'm curious to know how easy they are to swallow.

About ¾" in length and about ⅛" in diameter. Been taking for nearly 3 weeks and haven't had any problem swallowing them.

Is this USP approved?

No, it is not USP verified. USP does not approve, they verify that you are getting what the bottle says you are getting, at the dose it states and without harmful contamination. Are these produced by way of "supercritical extraction?" The folks at the Arthirtis Foundation suggest using ginger made to that standard.
