This is a good Cuff
This is a good cuff if you are looking for something not digital (nursing used to prefer non-digital). I would definitely recommend it.

This is definitely a true size Large. One of my instructors recommended having this size for a free bp clinic we held at Wal-Mart, but I only had to use it on one person. Still, it works well, same decent quality of all other Prestige products I've tried. If you work with obese patients or even just super muscular ones I'd recommend this.

Great for big guys
My wife is a nurse and couldn't get an accurate reading with her standard cuff. This one works great. The storage bag could be a little bigger but she has no problem getting it in there but she does it every day.

Great XL Cuff
First of all, I like Prestige for one big reason. The parts are interchangeable. If one cuff dies, you can use the sphygmo, or the bulb, on all the other ones. Mix and match, and revive the dead. I'm all about Prestige now. No, I don't work for them! I'm a nurse, and I recently bought this for my larger patients who insist on the wrist. I have been using this for a few weeks. I used it today. The reading on the regular cuff was 178/110. So I tried this one. I got 168/92. It saved a doctor's call. It was worth having it in my bag. The velcro works. It has the band to clip the sphygmo on. I love it. Update: I just changed this to a 4 because the sphgmo broke on it. It is the second Prestige sphygmo to break on me. I do use them hard, so that should be taken with a grain of salt. They are good for the price, for sure.

Good Value
I was going to try to use this for my cat. It would not work because the cuff was too big but also you can’t really use this kind of tool for cats because it’s hard to hear their pulse, even with a stethoscope. It seems very excellent quality though. Would be great for a toddler.

Large cuff
Good quality bp cuff. Needed a larger cuff to fit a larger arm & this works great without popping off during inflation.

Awesome!
By accordingly to size of patient. If your considered an average size person by small to medium cup. If your like a big guy such as myself, them buy the large cup. This makes all the difference to getting an accurate reading! Don't play around with your pressure and most importantly DO NOT put your patient health in danger if you don't know what your doing. Trust me, I was surprise to find out a veteran nurse didn't know the difference.
