These sugar circles worked without any complaints! They were perfect. They arrived undamaged and they were not coming off the backing like some do! Perfect!!

They do not peel off the backing without ripping. It does not come with instructions or tips. It was a pain to get the pictures to line up with the circles. Very disappointed. They are expensive and most go to waste due to tearing and trying to figure the position.

I do not ever leave reviews but PLEASE READ! DO NOT BUY THESE. There is no template or software anywhere to be found to design and line up these sheets. They peel off inside printer and the print quality is really bad. Do yourself a favor and order from Icing Images instead. And their software is amazing!!

Good quality and perfect for cupcakes

I was disappointed when I first opened the package. The disks were slipping off the backing. As Amazon cannot return perishable items I looked for another solution. I noticed the package said KopyKake was the manufacturer. I got on their website and they had a tips sheet. It talked about Humidity to get stuck disks off the backing so I thought I would try humidity to get the disks to stick. I put a sheet over a pot of steaming water for just a few seconds and this seemed to help the disks stick. I was then able to use them in my new printer and it worked perfectly. I am also able to get the printed disks off of the sheet. This may help to use up the sheets I bought. I wasted a few sheets that the disks had originally slipped off but at least I can use up the sheets I have. Hope this helps. I HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT KOPYKAKES AS A WONDERFUL SITE WITH TEMPLATES FOR ALL THEIR FROSTING SHEETS! Check it out if you are struggling!

Like others have said, there is no template or instructions provided with these. The Photocake website was useless. These sheets are produced by KopyKake FOR Photocake and they have a design template on their website that you can use after signing up for an account. Be sure to select PHOTOCAKE branded template or they will not line up. Also there is an arrow printed on the sheets but nothing to tell you if it is a "feed this way" or "this side up" arrow. The circles are not centered on the sheet so you may waste a sheet trying to figure out which way to feed it through the printer. I did not have any issues with tearing, they were easy to peel by rolling the backing not the circle itself.
