I've used Swanson's vitamins for many years and love their quality. You can get some really good sales on their website around any holiday too. But when you just need one item, like these probiotics, it's great to order them here on Amazon, it's a really good deal. I am a big fan of these, they are high quality and really help with gut health by increasing the good bacteria in your gut. That in turn, reduces bloating, less stinky farts, and if you lack a gallbladder like me, helps aid in digestion. They are also good for yeast infections (cut the end of a cap off and put it you know where, my obgyn gave me this advice. It helps.)

This is a great value! i can actually tell these probiotics are working! i’m so happy to have found these! i have used expensive brands before and have tried several cheaper brands but i wasn’t getting the same results. Then i decided to try the Swanson brand and they are amazing! i have eczema type dry patches on my scalp and in my ears; i also have dry cracked heels. These are caused by gut health issues and went away with using a good quality probiotic in the past. i’ve been on a search for a less expensive quality product and i’ve finally found them with Swanson! i’m glad they also included prebiotics in this product. My dry peeling areas have greatly improved with Swanson! Right now i am taking 2 capsules twice a day until my skin gets back under control. i have been able to see results in 2 weeks! After completing the first bottle, i will cut back to 3 a day, then eventually take 2 a day.

This probiotic is a good choice for me and my husband. We have taken Swanson probiotics for years! It is reasonably priced and a quailty product.

Great product! I fought toe fungus for 10-15 years! Taking this product is highly recommended! I quit taking it & the fungus showed up again. Guess it never really gets out of the body? So I'll continue taking 2 of these every day.

I’ve taken these daily for years. Although I can’t say for sure that they’ve improved my digestion, since I made lots of other dietary changes when I started taking these, but I believe they’ve played a role in maintaining better gut health for me. I think they’re good value, considering the strains and high concentration. I buy this brand specifically because it’s one of the probiotics recommended by a meta-analysis conducted by ConsumerLabs. I’ll say that my poor gut health symptoms have certainly been alleviated since I switched to these from a generic brand of probiotics at the store, so they at least seem to be more effective than some other probiotics.
