Easy to use.
I reccomend this to anyone. Very easy to use, light weight and easy to move around. Also very easy to use My abs was so sore from using this and it took min effort on my part. It also does not take up much space. Go ahead and get it to add to your gym you won't regret it. it is wroth the money.

Flow and non binding
The machine works great and as intended. I’ve lost tons of weight converting to muscle and once you have toned your stomach to where you wish, maintenance is so easy. Jump on and in just a few minutes pump out 40, 60 or more reps at a time that you can feel from your upper diaphragm down deep into your inner groin.

One of the best workout equipments I have! Only needs 1 AA battery. Counts as you do a rep Very sturdy! Very solid! The knee cushins are comfortable. Easy to adjust. Easy to assemble. Can even fold to put away.

Suitable for beginners and higher levels
I've had back surgery and back issues for years and I feel like this product is a realistic way for me to strengthen my core. It's adjustable so others in my household can use it too. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to strengthen their core muscles.

refund process sucks
didn’t work and i spent $40 to ship back and never received my refund. I purchased it through Affirm and now I’m gonna be expected to make payments. Very disappointed if I could give zero stars, I would.
