I had a bad fall last year and am still experiencing pain in my lower back. I was looking for natural solutions to help, as most prescribed medications give me negative side effects. I was reading the reviews for this product and decided to give it a try. I've only been using it for a few days, and already feel some relief. The first thing I noticed is that swelling in my lower back has gone down - not completely, but it already seems to be reduced. I also don't feel as tired all the time, and my lower back "cracks" less. I do have one tip, however, for people who are "light." I only weigh 112 lbs, and the first morning I took the average dose - 3 tablets. It made me have to go to the bathroom - quickly. After two days of this, I decided to just try one tablet in the morning, with a meal. Then a second tablet at lunch - with a meal. I'm not taking 3 tablets daily yet. This alleviated the need to go to the bathroom. All in all, I'm very pleased with this product and am looking forward to continued improvement. I truly feel it is helping reduce inflammation in my body and helping me to heal.
