Very helpful
Reduced the swelling on my gums in the hard to reach areas. Would highly recommend if you have inflamed gums like me. Much pain relief and no bleeding. My mouthwash and flossing did most of the work but I have some molars that are hard to get to with floss so this spray definitely helped. Easy to use. Due to me having to use it all molars it doesn't last long but it's worth it. Nothing else out there helps as much. Has a bearable taste too that doesn't linger.

TWIST the spout UP then press sprayer down
Once you realise HOW to use it’s great BUT no instructions show that you have to TWIST the sprayer head UP so it’s SIDEWAYS. We kept trying to push down on sprayer thinking it was clogged, but NO, twist up the long thin bit then press top and it comes out great. Note to the manufacturers PUT A PICTURE on the instructions (speaks a thousand words)

The only thing works for mucositis
My daughter has mucositis throughout her chemo treatment. We were given Gengigel mouthwash and gel, neither worked that well. The mouthwash is too stingy and the gel feels too thick. We were given one bottle of this spray to try by her dentist, it worked so well. Unfortunately the hospital can’t provide them as part of her treatment meds, strangely only mouthwash and gel are provided. So I have to order from Amazon repeatedly. It has helped her sore mouth so much. It delayed the leision forming, helped them to repair quicker. It doesn’t sting as much so she could still use it when her mouth gets worse. The nozzle is easy to use as well. I have recommended this to other patients. Just wish this could come under NHS.
