i had to give this 3 stars as it does NOT remove mascara and stings and burns my eyes. I have been a loyal user of vichy for many years (and still am) and was told then, by a representative, that vichy would never put anything in their products that stings eyes! this formula has been changed from the old creamy cleanser that was perfection...please bring it back.

I am really happy with this eye makeup remover. Its a liquidy cream which does serious battle with makeup that wants to stay put. I keep some by my bathroom sink and another in the shower. Its a great product.

best thing i love about vichy products is- they do what they say. no false claims whatsoever. whichever vichy products ive tried have been phenomenal, this is no exception. it really is a one step cleanser, you dont even need moisturizer after using this. just a little product is needed to cover the entire face, and its a BIG tube...most likely it'll last you a long time.

I love it. I just wanted a cleanser that I could tissue off so I could go ahead and finish with a facecare routine but this 3 in 1 cleanses, tones and moisturizes in one application. It feels so refreshing when you apply it and it really does deliver substantial moisturizer. It has a soft fragrance which I enjoy and is good on sensitive skin. The cosmetician who recommended it said she takes it with her when she goes camping. I'm not a camper I just like simple, easy and effective skincare. Vichy delivers. I highly recommend this product.
