What size is the sticker

The logo is approximately 3 inches round.

Will the color fade if I were to put it on my hydro flask and needed to wash my can ?

yes - and the sun fades it - ive had mine 3 years and it's pretty washed out but buy it anyway - its cheap and looks sharp for a few years

WHat is the real dimensions of the decal? Headline says 8" x 8" copy says 6" x 6".

The application sheet is 8x8 the actual decal measures roughly 7 5/6" x 6.5"

Is this a window cling, or something that can be ironed/sewn on?

This is a decal that can be applied to most any smooth clean and dry surface. It is not an iron on patch.
