Definitely a silicon insulation and it is easily stripped without losing many strands. No complaints I used this as hookup wire in a chassis and it works well and is very flexible allowing for easy dressing

Insulation is super flexible, ideal for Dodge Ram door wiring harness repair. Not sure if gauge is spot on, slipped out of matching size crimp connectors, although connectors were cheap like 200 for 20 bucks they may be the problem. It is copper wire that has been tinned. I bought size 14 but my strippers didn't shave off any strands on the size 16 stripper hole. Seems good can't test my repair,i.e. reinstall and open doors 5,000 times, raining. Barely fit in the fancy factory style replacement pin connectors. (Connector experts, $55 for 20 pins) Google cummins forum 3rd gen door repair. Insulation didn't melt when heat shrinking. Wish could get matching colors I needed.

Used these to extend my condensor fan wires on our Goodman 5 Ton A/C. Was tired of trying to balance the fan on the edge. Just used butt connectors and spade connectors to leanthen and attach to the terminals. Now I can set it on the ground and clean my coils easier.

J'ai utilisé ces fils pour remplacer deux fils de mon four LG modèle LRE3061ST qui avaient brulés. Au départ, j'ai tenté d'utiliser un fil vendu en quincaillerie, mais ce n'était pas le bon calibre et ça a fait sauter mon thermostat et ma lumière de four. Ces fils sont identiques à ceux qui avaient brûlés sur mon four et ce dernier fonctionne maintenant parfaitement (après avoir aussi remplacé mon ampoule et mon thermostat :) ). Les pièces sur les sites spécialisés pour les fours sont très chères. Dans ce cas-ci, il est impossible d'acheter uniquement un fil à l'unité, il faut acheter un module complet, ce qui revient à plus de 100$. Ces câbles électriques m'ont donc sauvé plusieurs dollars. Ils sont de bonne qualité et en grande quantité pour une fraction du prix sur les sites de pièces. Excellent achat.

Only needed small amounts of flexible 14 awg wire in various colours. This item was just what I needed except it is stranded wire vs solid. Flexibility’s great in small spaces!
