Works great and delivered quickly. This is my second one, bought one for my office and one for my home. Have dual screens for both setups. Need I say more?

A bit of getting used to when first setting it up. Of course , I needed some help from my son how to fit the web pages into my monitor so all sides fit. And after Loading all my goodies, settings, documents, etc. history , book marks etc. I had to add my email in again... so have all the passwords you need for any apps, because you will have to download some of them again. I put all my personal information in windows 11.... it's a bit of a struggle keeping "me" safe, but all goes to Microsoft, just so i can have auto downloads for drivers, updates to the windows platform, and etc, definitions for Defender anti virus. Just be sure you don't add any 3rd party antiviruses like McCaffie or Norten , they leave your resourses very low, I think windows 11 takes like 8gegs of memory just to run windows. so you may want to purchase all the memory you can get for this machine. Like 32 gegs if that is what this computer holds. i will have to check. There will be a purchase by myself to get all 32 gegs. ( as soon as the wife tells me it's ok to purchase the sticks of memory). Hey.. with a processor of 3.4 up to 4.0 processing speed....i swear you click on the icon for edge browser and BOOM!, the page loads in ONE second. I set my processor to automatically boost when the computer sees a heavy work load being used, it boosts up to 4.o gegs . then slows back to 3.4gegs processing when the load is not so heavy.. I like the auto downloads.....they are wonderful. OUT OF THE BOX... this computer was "dustless" clean as new! The only problem I found was that the description on this computer read i would be getting a 2 terabyte hard drive.. Problem is: I received a 3 terabyte hard drive! Cool for me eh.. more than enough to store all my 10 security cameras onto lol. Refer to your monitors monitor default settings..set them first to the recommended settings. then go into windows 11 and set up window resolution and the web pages will fit exactly as needed. if you need help try each setting resolution in win11 but be careful you don't set the wrong resolution or you will see hades very quickly...don't get stuck in the wrong resolution. This machine is quiet, powerfull for everyday home or office application, notwithstanding maybe running heavy apps, just re-read this post, it will help you in what I found to be heck to try to figure out. BUT, the instructions are VERY WELL laid out and easy to follow. I am such a HAPPY CAMPER for choosing this computer. With all the ram it can hold (memory), you cannot go wrong,. I set my settings to: GAMER setting so the computer gives you more power and better graphics and better use of memory. MEMORY/gamer setting/ PLACE icons on desktop for easy reach/resolution be carefull. Then : SIT back /Enjoy/ with no frustration on your part. When and if you get stuck in the set up process, just right click your desktop and look for the things you need maybe under / More settings etc. OK nuff said: Enjoy this computer, windows 11 was just a new facelift, but underneath, windows 10 is there, and there are registry entries that make win11 look like win10 if you want it. no 3RD Party software like antivirus or registry fixers etc. they will leave viruses on your computer, windows 11 had CMD line fixes for everything you need, AND IS more powerful than 3rd party BLOAT WARE. ENJOY UPDATE: 4/24/26 OK,, got this rig all set up been running great last month or so...i added the extra memory and added a VMS camera program so i could enjoy watching my outside and inside cameras.. some wired, and some wifi. with 32 gegs memory, my 10 cameras are running great. i added the 2 tetra drive to the VMS program, and it made all the right connections and folders for storing my recordings. The computer handled them with not one problem... 5 seconds to load all cams, you can find all your cameras ip numbers in your wifi router. Running all 10 cameras and viewing high resolution settings on youtube videos.. this computer didn't even blink at the work load. adding the extra memory was a real difference in performance! I set up a two monitor setupusing windows 11 settings, dual monitor mode...your computer may have a little trouble at first getting the settings correct, but eventually will be good to go on monitor 1 and monitor 2 . select this dual monitor by clicking your desktop and go to display settings. Use "extend" the monitor selction and you can then go to monitor 1 and click hold and slide whatever windows you want to see on moitor 2, let go, and that webpage or app will stay on monitor 2 untill you either close or shut down the computer. Again, you dont need to buy any third party software, just use CMD line for example ( run command as administrator), when cmd shows up, type in sfc /scannow to have cmd scan for broken folders in windows. Use this as an example, you shouldn't attempt anything in cmd if you don't know what you are doing, and if you do know cmd commands. you can go to a search for command lines to fix my computer etc. that's what sfc /scannow does. it fixes any corrupt windows files. just letting you know so far so good for me on my computer. i believe the "cloud" will take a snapshot of your old windows, and during the windows 11 install it will use the cloud to install all your files and things. i didn't see any of my programs saved.. because i had to re-install them all. The less junk you put on your new computer , the better and faster it will run... Well that's it for my update...computer running like a champ not one problem so far. Oh and for the wifi on the computer, i dont use it.. you can if your router does not support wifi, you can let other tablets on wifi use your wifi on the computer so you can connet tablets to the router etc. When you go cheap, you get what you reap. But i dont care...best computer i have ever had. Great for HOME use or office. SOME games etc. later gator

Very happy with the computer and keyboard. The mouse didn’t work but had an extra one around.

The device was renewed, but was in like-new condition, almost flawless. It was delivered on time, as advertised, and well packaged. I support Amazon renewed, when I can and will continue to, in the future.

I bought this for my mom for her work from home job. It worked well for a week and then had issues with the updates. It kept saying memory management error. We called the manufacturer who said the pc was 7 YEARS OLD and that there was nothing that could be done to fix it.

meh. I opened the box and pulled the tower out, and something was rolling around in it. Not sure what, as I do not know enough about PCs to tear it apart. Plus the wifi is not stable. I work from home and use my PC to take/make calls regularly, I need something reliable, and this is not it. Additionally, the response time to open programs isn't necessarily slow, but it isn't to the click fast either (more annoying than an issue). Not a terrible computer for the price, but doesn't meet my needs/expectations.

Own a small business and cost is always a factor. Works great. The keyboard and mouse are sub-par. Had a microphone issue was resolved with the USB video camera.
