It doesn’t stain sheets if you have it on rubbed in on your skin and come in contact with bedding. It does wash out of most things except cooling blankets but that’s probably because you only wash those in cold water. We use it on arms, chest, neck, legs, and feet and haven’t had any allergic reactions. I’ve used it after shaving my legs and it doesn’t burn. I gave it a 3/5 on pain relief because it really depends on who is massaging you 😊
