Good pump little noisy but works good
Bought this little pump to be used to filter out dirty water that we get from the city we live in. Comes out light brown and just dirty water. Filled a small kitty pool for the kids and after the water settles in its not good. Made a homemade filter for this pump and it worked for a month and finally just quit. But I would buy again and use it differently then filtering out dirty water from a small pool.

Good little pump!
Bought this little pump to move water from one rain barrel to another. Works like great for its size. i have larger pumps but this little guy works like it should and much lighter. Super transportable.

Great pump, but be careful of the motor and water
Works great and very fast - used to drain and clean a fountain. I will say its NOT water proof, and I could see someone getting shocked pretty easily if you arnt careful, as in, you do not want to get water in the motor part. For the value and it your careful, its fine.

Do not recommend
Did not work right it was very loud the water flow was bad there was not enough pressure and it took forever to work. The paper work did not help and we had to figure out how to install it ourselves and it was not easy.

Works great.
I have used it successfully for pumping out my garden fountain and flooded sprinkler box. Works fast & for someone who is not mechanical, like me; it’s was a breeze to put together & use. The price is amazing for how well it works. Hope I’m not jinxing myself. ha

Small but mighty
This IS the little pump that could!! Saved my basement after my sub pump went out. I used vegetable oil as a primer per the directions. When I first turned it on it was spewing a bit of water. There is a tiny piece of rubber right behind the motor that spins. I pushed it back in towards the motor and after that, when I turned it on, it worked like a monster champion with no leaks. I guess that little piece of rubber needed to create a seal. This pump worked impressively in comparison to its size.

Decent pump
Pump works great. However, two issues I would complain about. First is the hose they included with the pump. It was packaged up in such a way to create a very bad kink in the hose. I had to use a pair of vice grips to hold it in a round shape to get the pump to work properly. The second issue I noticed was that the plug could be improved. I had it plugged into an extension cable and the slightest movement of the cable could blip the power to the pump. I verified the plug was fully inserted, but it still happened multiple times. I could not replicate this issue with a different device on the same extension cord, so it was the pump's power cord with the issue. A recommended improvement would be to have a GFCI built into the plug since it is not waterproof.

Perfect for draining waterbed
I had to drain an ancient waterbed from the 90s, and this pump was a lifesaver. It managed to drain almost every drop from the mattress with zero intervention in 20 minutes, which surprised me. The noise was loud, but not deafening. The pump comes with a collection of spare parts. It also comes with an accessory puddle suction (the triangle bit - which wasn't needed for my project). It is kind of awkward that there is no power button - it turns on as soon as it's plugged in - but a lot of transfer pumps seem to lack this feature and I just made sure everything was setup in position, and the pump itself away from water contact before plugging it in. Overall, this pump did the job fast, and without complication.

I not sure what the problem is. It some times take a while to start up. I think the rubber propeller it too tight but works well when going.
