Is this for use in tanning beds

Yes it's for both indoor and outdoor tanning. It's amazing! I've tried several Ed Hardy products and several Australian gold products and matte black and the carrot type tanner that feels and looks like maroon Vaseline and Black coconut love is my favorite.

How long to you have to wait after you apply it to get in a pool?

I don't know for sure on that but when I get out of the tanning bed it has already soaked in. I haven't tried it before swimming yet.

Is this a tingling lotion?

No it's not a tingling lotion I'm very happy with it!
