Well made product but the provided screws do not fit standard US light boxes. My house was built in the late 1970s and the original screws are 8-32 coarse. This blanking plate came with two 10-24 coarse screws. I don't know if the standard has changed over time or if there are regional variations. Either way, if you don't have screws that you can reuse, these may not work with your existing box (without destroying the threads).

Awesome to use even for covering vent holes from pests until they are needed again and simply take them off.

They work but do beld pretty easy if you tighten the screws too much. Mine bent but was easy enough to fix

For $9 per cover, this is a waste. The gasket is made of foam, not rubber, and it doesn't seal around the bolt holes. I installed four covers on four different junction boxes. A few days later we had a heavy rainstorm. After the rain cleared I opened the junction boxes and every single one was soaked inside with water getting down the conduit. Also, water had bubbled the powder-coating around the bolt holes. For comparison I put two Tees in the same installation that came with their own stainless steel covers with rubber gaskets and they were bone dry.
