Very good quality, caffeine free, not very thick. Great for meal replacements. Does not leave you with a crashing feeling. The taste is great and there is no residue in the in the carton. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to tone.

The flavor and consistency is good but it's a little pricey

3 Carbs for 1 whole container!!
These taste good and consistency is like milk. Very filling especially if you are type 2 diabetic. My doc loves them too. Very convenient better cold. If you need something at night before bed this is the definite way to go. Only 3 carbs for 1 whole container!! I totally recommend

😋Protein with Yum Value😋
I love Premier Protein. You can actually TASTE the peaches. I am on chemo so I sometimes drink 2 one right after the other. I have tried other flavors, too. All are good. If an emergency happens, they also taste fairly good at room temperature.
