Is this renter friendly or is it too difficult to take off?

All contact paper is renter friendly depending on what surface you apply it to. If it’s a painted surface, it may peel paint off if it’s been on the surface a while. On non-painted surfaces (like laminate counters) it will come up pretty easily, but may leave a sticky residue that you will have to clean off. But shouldn’t be too hard. Hopefully that helps!

Can the flat finish be polished or sprayed with a gloss paint?

The paper is not glossy but does have somewhat of a sheen. Hopefully the company will see your question and tell you if that’s doable.

Could this be used as a drawer liner?
