IF YOU DO THE UPDATES THE LAPTOP DIES!
I bought this laptop in June through Amazon. 6 months later after multiple required upgrades, the laptop died. Summarizing With the first update the PIN system stopped working, then the wifi connection, until finally the screen image, with today's upgrade, simply disappeared. After each required upgrade, the laptop had to be reset because the configuration malfunctioned. Do not waste your money, DON'T BUY IT!

A++++ THINEST, LIGHTEST, FASTEST and MOST BEAUTIFUL CAPABLE Ultrabook! (The Screen is to DIE FOR!)
It's a shame the 1 star review here because this laptop is absolutely the BEST, LIGHTEST, THINNEST, FASTEST and SEXIEST Ultrabook Laptop I have ever owned. I have owned every iteration of this laptop from the original NP900X3D to NP900X3G to NP900X3K and now this model the NP900X3L. I can honestly say that there are not many laptops that outperform this one and its clear why Samsung has kept it almost EXACTLY the same from the X3G until now. The body style is the same and they are continuing to use the BEST laptop screen they have! I have many Favorite parts of the laptop but the Screen out "shines" them all. Samsung makes the BEST screens on earth and they didn't disappoint here. It's SUPER bright and SUPER clear, it reminds me of my Galaxy S7 cell phone screen in Quality. My next favorite part of this laptop is the build, at under .5 inches thick (One of the thinnest laptops available) and under 2 LB's its CRAZY portable! When I pack this laptop in my backpack and go into the City for Work or Pleasure I often forget I even have it. When I take it out it boots up in 2 seconds and detects the ambient light levels to adjust the brightness. This laptop also has OUTDOOR mode where the screen will light up like a darn Christmas tree! This is of course so you can use it outdoors on bright days. The Samsung Settings app has all sorts of goodies perfect for work or play including Power Saver Mode and Offline USB Charge mode. All in all I give this laptop and EVERY one before it 5 Stars! I own 2 of them and have purchased multiple for friends and family. People are always SHOCKED when they touch it and see it in action.

uneven screen backlit at this price?
Uneven screen backlit. Left portion of the screen is yellower than the rest especially noticable when viewing light colors like white and grey. very unpleasant word processing and internet browsing once that uneven color is noticed. ordered two and both had the same exact issue, though the size of the issue varied
