Comparing Interlink and Power Flex - both are 5 stars
I am writing this review for both the Interlink capri’s and the Power Flex capri’s because I ordered both and wanted to compare. I had a difficult time deciphering the difference between them based on the description from 90 Degrees and all of the reviews. They seemed like they were pretty much the same pants. First things first. Both styles are high waisted and provide tummy control. My favorite workout capri is from a company called Lucy and they used to make a capri called Perfect Core. To me, this was the gold standard of workout pants. They were thick, soft, high waisted and true to their name, gave you that Core support. A couple years ago, Lucy was bought out by North Face and they have opted to discontinue the capri style pant and only make full length leggings. I prefer capri’s, so I was on a quest to find a replacement. The Lucy Perfect Core capri is in the same price range of workout pants as Lulu or Athleta. Both the Interlink and Power Flex passed the squat test. Anyone who is saying that the fabric is too thin and see-thru did not buy the correct size (too small). Any fabric is only going to stretch so much before you can start to see the weave. Both pants also passed the “staying in place” test. I did not have to adjust, pull up or fix either pair during my workout. And l definitely put both of these pants to the test by wearing them on a leg day. I squatted, dead lifted and lunged with no issues whatsoever. I also tested them on a cardio day and had no issues running in them either. So, how do they differ? The only difference I could tell was the actual fabric and feel. The Interlink fabric is “silkier” and reminds me of bike shorts. It is a smoother and shinier and did seem to have a little bit better compression. The fabric on the Power Flex pants is more like fabric and is softer and more matte, which is more like the higher end workout pants. After wearing both styles, I prefer the Power Flex. Even though I felt more “compressed” in the Interlink, the Power Flex were more comfortable and something I would wear around the house or running errands. Where the Interlink are definitely a workout pant and not something that could pull double duty. I am giving both styles 5 stars because they really did perform and I liked both of them, and found my replacement pants. For reference, I am 5’-2”, 113 pounds and ordered XS in both styles.

Great compression capris with tummy control
I've bought these pants on 3 separate occasions. Previous reviewers mentioned a change in pant material, and they're right. Here is my experience: 1st purchase -- thicker material. Exceptional quality, I was so glad to have finally found compression, tummy control leggings that were the length I've been looking for (I'm 5'4" and like leggings that hit a few inches above my ankle). 2nd purchase -- awful thinner material. The elasticity of the pants didn't last long. It also seemed as if the material was shinier and a bit see through around my butt area. I was so heartbroken that my "perfect workout pants" were no longer available 3rd purchase -- I was hesitant to try it again, but noticed some reviewers mentioned the material was fixed? So I ordered again and was sooooo pleased to receive them in the thicker, compression material that my first order came in. These are the primary pants I use to work out in. I run, lift weights, and do OrangeTheory 3x week. These pants are high-waisted, with tummy control, and have medium compression to hold everything in during my high-impact workouts. I love them and hope they pull the thinner material skus out of rotation entirely. I'd hate to order again and end up with that thinner (lower quality) material. These are great if you've recently had a baby and are getting back into working out, or have a short torso (like me) or have areas of your body that you want tucked snuggly in while you work out.

Great for Petite Women!!
I love these! I am 5' 1", around 115lbs and got the XS. It is so hard to find pants of any kind that are the right length. These capri length are perfect for me. They hit me between the calf and ankle in just the right spot. The waist is super high on me but I don't care because the fit is so great! The waist hits just below my ribcage. :D. Remember that I am short so a taller person wouldn't have them so close to their ribs. A perk of having them so high could be that the super wide waistband can be slimming if a person needs that. The thigh pockets are perfect and these leggings also pass the see-through test when I bend over. They are very comfortable and flattering to wear. I have both the morrocan teal and the black. The teal are noticeably tighter than the black (to the point where I bought a small in the teal to try instead but they were too big and I stuck with the XS). They both fit great, but the black is easier to get in and out of. They seem to stretch easier. Not that I don't like the teal (I love them and the color), just something to note. Another difference is for whatever reason, the black pair also has a curved "yoke" on the butt while the teal does not. Both styles work for me so didn't matter. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will order more colors!

I sized down. These fit really well but attract pet hair and dust like crazy.
I had a event to go and wanted a nicer pair of black Capri leggings. Most of mine go right to under the knee and I wanted ones that were longer. I searched around and found these and liked the length and the material. I chose size medium at first. I am 5'5", 127 pounds with a thick waist. When they arrived, they fit well but the belly part wasn't tight. I was hoping for more compression. At the last minute, I decided to try a small. They came the day of the event and I almost didn't try them on but did and they were way better. They had much more compression but were not too tight and they clung nicely to my skinny legs. Both sizes fit but I prefer the compression of the size small. These leggings did go down several inches below my knee as I wanted and looked sleek. They looked a tiny bit see through when I bent my knees while sitting but they are essentially opaque. I wore a longer top with them so I didn't worry about panty lines or them being see through in the butt. I wore them for many hours and they never slid down or stretched out. They stayed true to shape until I took them off. I really like them. The only thing I don't like is that they attract pet hair, dust, and anything else that may be floating around in the air. It was tough to keep them free of "stuff". I picked up a little lint roller and that solved the problem for the most part. I hand washed the the leggings and there was no shrinkage. I don't think I would machine wash and dry these. These are fine for working out and for wearing out. I would give them 5 stars but the fact that they attract everything is kind of a pain to deal with. Otherwise, they're really perfect for me. If you want good compression, consider sizing down, especially if you are close to being the smaller size.

Best Leggings Ever, just check sizing
I was looking for some higher quality leggings to wear out and about that didn't show panty lines and could handle whatever my kids, dog, and chickens could throw at them. These definitely do the job! They are a nice, thick, but not hot material. When I bend over you can't see anything through them. Dog hair seems to slide right off of them too, bonus lol! The waistband is nice and thick and does not roll down, even when you bend over alot. (Another bonus when chasing toddlers!) They hold their shape after washes too. I am a 5'5" woman who fluctuates between 170 and 175 lbs and I tend to like my leggings to "hold me in" at my mom pouch but not be too tight on my waist. I am in between sizes when it comes to leggings- I tend to ordered a medium for workout leggings a large for lounge wear. I ordered a large and I would say they are definitely on the looser side. They fit and they don't fall down but they do nothing for sucking me in, which is fine for doing housework or watching tv but if your looking for that holding power you might want to size down if you are in between sizes like I am. That is my ONLY negative about these leggings. The length is very flattering on my pear shaped body and can be dressed up or down. I plan on getting several more pairs in both sizes so I can wear them around the house AND out and about.

It's going to be a tighter fit than the regular 90 degree leggings so size up
5'9", 200lbs, usually wear a size 14 in jeans, size xl in 90-degree by reflex leggings Size up 1 size in these capris because I have leggings from 90 degree by reflex and ordered the same size as I always do and they are just 1 size a little too snug. I can still wear these capris, they give me a nice tight fit if I'm having a fat day, but they are for sure not "lounge" wear. They are a little see-through as well. I got the dark teal color, the color is gorgeous, I love it, just the fit that bothers me.. They come up to a little above my belly button, my lower belly is nice and smooth but then the top of the tummy is just sticking out like a can of biscuits haha so I wear a loose top and that looks fine, I think after I have had them about a year they will eventually break-in, the pockets are a very nice feature and the leggings hit me a little bit above the ankle but not very far. I would have returned them but when I was putting them on i heard a couple of stitches breaking, there isn't any visible damage but I just figured they wouldn't want them back after I had washed them.

BEST WORKOUT CLOTHING EVER!
I am 5'2" 114lbs I purchased a size XS. I have an athletic build with thick meaty legs for my size and these capris fit no more than an inch above my ankle and the waist band rests right above my belly button. The color does not fade as they stretch. Also the color did not bleed in my wash or fade. They fit like Spanx but are much, much easier to get on. They are a nice quality material they give a very smooth tight appearance I can't see any of my flaws through them. I truly put these to the test performing many different workouts and they do not budge the bottom doesn't ride up my leg and the top never folded or slid down. Yet they are not so tight and fitted that they leave impressions on my skin when I take them off. Which is super impressive! They did not show any moisture spots from sweat either. Also I should note that they do not "hug" the crotch area either. So whether you're running, lifting or just lounging you can't go wrong with this purchase. They're super comfy and cute. I highly recommend this and bonus if you pair them with the racerback tank. *Which I ordered in a small and it fits perfectly. I have a small waist 24in size 0 pants and a 32C chest and the small was great unless you prefer your tanks to fit as tight as your leggings, also the tank comes down to my hips which I like. I wear a lot of work out clothing and my husband even had LOTS of positive comments when I wore my new 90 Degree outfit. Can't wait to eventually have all the colors and patterns.

Love these pants!
Just love these pants. I ordered the spring navy and the magenta as well as a charcoal pair which didn't fit the same as the colored leggings. Sent the charcoal back and kept the other two. I can closely compare these to my workout leggings from old navy. They're thick and hold moisture well and don't show some of the flaws lots of us like to hide. I did the squat test too with these and they passed. I will be ordering more pairs from them. For reference: 5"5' 155lbs athletically built. Bought size small and they fit great. There was an inconsistency with the charcoal pair as they seemed a different material and fit much tighter. These all go higher up on the waist which after 3 kids I love. Holds me in tightly and securely. They are also very so soft and just down right comfortable you can wear these anywhere everyday. I told friends about them too. The colors are vibrant and fun. What mom doesn't love colorful workout clothes to motivate her? Thank you for such a great product. I'm extremely impressed.
