This was purchased to replace the last one. It lasted over 20 years. I would definitely buy another one. Good price, good product, easy to install. No louder that any of the others. Nice size.

Purchased in 2014 & it just died today in 2026. 12 years is a good life for a hair dryer. The fan broke, abruptly, made a loud noise then a puff of smoke and actually kept running but noisily. I shut it down because we're not trying to have a fire. I'm re-ordering this exact one, as its been handy & reliable for over a decade of regular use. Gotta love items you can ride until the wheels fall off. Hubby looked into a replacement fan & its about $30. May as well replace whole unit. Since it smoked a little, may be burnt beyond the obvious break. Again, still runs though no longer safe and will replace but impressive it's a die hard.

I've bought 6 of these total for two houses over the years. They are smaller than a large hairdryer but fully functional with more than enough heat blow power (it also has a cool blow feature). The small size of it might be by design rather than cheapness because it is installed near a sink. The cord is sturdy and the length is more the adequate. It has a built-in night light that's a nice touch and a built-in GFI for personal protection. It's a quality product and I would by again and again as need arises.

Ordered two. One had no mounting holes drilled??? Easy fix but still should have been caught by QC. The one that did have holes the holes were too small and the provided screws would not go through so I had to use a larger drill bit to open it up a size or two. Again, a very easy fix but a step that should have been anticipated and handled prior to the product leaving product development. Night light is worthless and was not a good addition to the product. Provides very, very little light. More of a "find my hair dryer in the dark" beacon if you ask me. Installation is easy and can be done by anyone with even extremely basic skills in no time. I suggest discarding the plastic anchors provided and using the self tapping plastic anchors available at your local store (or here on Amazon). First remove the metal plate from the back of the unit and hold it against the wall where you want it. Screw the screws through the holes (if you were lucky enough to get one with holes) to make pilot holes in the wall where you will want to install the plastic self taping anchors. Screw the self tapping anchors into the drywall (do not over tighten) then put the metal plate back up and align the hole patterns. Install with three screws and pop the plastic hair dryer onto the metal plate and you are finished. Product does have a removable screen for easy cleaning (excellent feature). This should extend the product life substantially. Overall I would recommend.

Can't believe this was an identical replacement for the hair dryer that died after countless years, it used the same mounting bracket as the original. Easy to use, mounts on wall

A very good product, but be warned, it will never work in Arab countries and most countries of the world. Warning: This product operates on 110V only. It does not operate on 220V. Caution.
