I'm glad that this dao now has fewer & cleaner ingredients (found on their website). but i'm concerned about the gellan gum. why is it necessary?

I just got "updated" formula and it's caps with white powder not caps with the little yellow balls inside. Is this right? I'm skeptical.

Some types of DAO are just more ground up. I haven't tried the new formula but the old one takes 2 pills 15 mins before a meal for me to feel a good difference, and it wasn't until 2-3 weeks of using it that my entire body had visibly less inflammation all over

The ingredient list on the image of the label is different than the one in the description. Can anyone confirm the actual ingredient list?

Vitamin C, catalase, DAO porcine kidney protein extract are 3 main ingredients! The “other ingredients” microcrystalline cellulose, clear vegetarian capsule, hypromellose, gellan gum and silicon dioxide!

Anyone know what's up with the availability of these? I have them on monthly order and Amazon tells me conflicting info.
