Absolutely delicious, a new favourite.
Absolutely delicious olive oil, smooth and peppery at the same time. Dark golden-green colour. Lovely rich velvety mouthfeel, and a delightfully complex flavour without being overpowering. More complex and spicy than the Picual, stronger than the Arbequina, but packs less of a punch than the Frantoio. Works for cooking and baking, but I save it for drizzling and salad dressings because it's so flavourful.
