so far so good, My neurologist recommended me to take B2, glad i chose this one and feel at ease with comments of bright yellow urine. I take it in the morning and is definitely helping my nerve pain.

Good quality, I feel. Big pills with bright orange/yellow powder, but easy to swallow. Reasonable value but shame not on the NHS as B2 recommended by consultant! I only buy this brand.

No flavour to it. The capsules are quite big. I was advised by the hospital it can make your urine a bright yellow colour. Very difficult to find 400mg anywhere, so purchased this for my migraine prevention as advised. Still on week one so cannot give any realistic updates now, but will update in a month or two. I haven’t had a migraine attack so far which is good. In regards to this product packaging, I wasn’t impressed. The amount of wool placed in the sealed bottled, heat glue with the seal, left the wool residue after opening. Don’t really want to in take that with the vitamin.

I've been taking 400mg of Riboflavin per day since 2019 to combat migraines and have tried a number of brands. I am on my second bottle of these, and noticed a distinct difference in colour between the first batch. These are much paler and I don't feel as good on these as previously. In the previous batch, my urine was bright yellow for much of the morning, however, with this batch, there is no discernable change in colour all day. Riboflavin can also make you feel less tired, but I have noted my tiredness has increased since changing over to these - this could be purely psychosomatic though. Overall, I worry about the quality control of these tablets - am I actually getting the 400mg displayed on the packaging that I need to combat a health condition?

This is helped me with energy Believe it or not. I have felt the difference in my desire to get up and get something done. Hahaha used to be easy... but as you get older you need a little bit of help and this seems toprovided
