Are these the tiny pills or the m&m sized?

The pills are tinier than a regular M&Ms. very small.

Just received my order and one of the boxes was completely empty. How do I replace it without spending money on return?.

You will have to contact the merchant you purchased them from

how is this any different from the regular kind?

I’ve been using this formula for many years and it comes in many forms. The last time I bought Equate that Amazon seems to not have available currently. This one is like a very small m and m and works like all the others with this some ingredients.
