This is a roller clutch replacement for the stock square slide secondary clutch (BOSS) found on many 2016 and newer Polaris 900/1000 UTV models. This clutch utilizes a center shaft which slides over the transmission shaft and allows the helix bushing to be much larger for increased durability. It uses designs that have been utilized for years on snowmobiles to "float" the clutch. This allows the secondary clutch to self-align with the primary for improved belt longevity and performance. Made in the USA This conversion comes with a TEAM Tied roller secondary clutch, Tied secondary helix and Tied secondary spring calibrated and assembled to work with the factory calibration components in the primary clutch. Replaces the following Polaris part numbers: 1323333 1323403 1323312 1323433 1323274 1323404 1323410 1323387 1323405 1323650 1323408 1323500 Polaris has TEAM build the majority of their UTV clutches. ***SLP belt tool SLP part number 20-306 is highly recommended for use with this clutch**** Tech Tip: Polaris UTV Clutches should be visually inspected every 500 miles. Compressed air should be used to clean any dirt and belt dust out of the clutch system. Clutch assemblies should be removed from the UTV and serviced every 1000 to 1500 miles.
