Very good Black Mission figs
These figs have no preservatives. No preservatives are needed because they are properly dried. Being properly dried they will not be soft like partly dried figs that need preservatives. I cut them up, soak in water a few hours & blend into a puree. Partly dried figs will be cheaper, sweeter, softer, larger & heavier & have polysorbate preservatives. Polysorbate interferes with digestion & ruins the health benefits.

Dry, stale figs
The package wasn’t airtight and instead of these dried figs being moist and delicious, they were dry and stale. I do not recommend this product, at all. I thought the price was so good. The old adage, “if it seems too good to be true, it probably is applies here.

Nice figs, a little on the small side, and almost too dry. Stewed up great for fig jam though!
