How can we select the color ?

The color of the light cannot be selected and can only be changed automatically.

What is the smallest size bowl this will work in? I want to use it in a 4 inch dia. x 2 in. ht bowl.

I believe your bowl might be to small in height Water must cover the top. It does splash when bubbling and fogging, a larger bowl would be much better. I put two in a big cauldron and they worked great, sat them on a form I made for it 4” deep

can I operate this with 12v?

There are no instructions. How much water does it need? To cover the lights?

Cover above the little round disc. I cover above the lights and watch for the fogging feature. If it doesn't fog, then add more water. They say to use tap water - not distilled or filtered water. Something about the minerals in the water causes a reaction with the disc.
