Great Stuff - I Love It in my Coffee
I can't remember if I rated this product before, but if not, I am glad to do so. I really like it - It is organic, clean, high fiber and low calories. And good resistant starch too. I put 1 tbs in my coffee daily (and I drink 3-4 x 16 oz cups daily - so I get some good fiber from it). In the beginning I sometimes noted a very mild banana flavour, which gave my coffee a mild sweetness and body. So good. I have been using it for almost three years now. And I am sure it would work great in baked products too.

This stuff is awesome!
I love this stuff! It works so well. Totally worth the money! I have a lot of digestive issues and resistant starch the only supplement that has ever helped them in 20 years of trying things. This might be a little too much information for some people, but I had diarrhea for 20 years as well. I saw specialists had a colonoscopy and many other tests done. In the end they said all we can tell you is sometimes your body changes and eat more fiber. The fiber only made things worse. It took me a while with resistant starch, going slowly, to get up to a higher dose, but after a few months (can’t remember exactly how many now) my diarrhea went away!! I didn’t even think that could happen. I know it’s the starch because if I go off it, the diarrhea comes back. And when I work my way back up to a higher dose again, it goes away. I also have noticed other effects. My bloated stomach goes away! Twenty years of people asking you if your pregnant when you aren’t - finally over! Again it comes back if I go off the starch and goes away when I work my way back up to a higher dose. I have many other health issues that make losing weight extremely difficult even when I go on the most strict diets for a long time - nothing happens except I get hangry. I’ve done so many different ones for so long hoping they’ll help. I notice when I take this diligently, that I actually lose a little weight without even trying!!! I’m not eating differently. I’m just taking the higher dose of starch. I also notice when I’m taking the higher dose that I don’t gain as much weight if I eat what I would think of as “dangerous to my waistline” food - ice cream, chips, burger and fries, milkshakes, etc. I think that’s pretty amazing too. I take it twice a day so that I never go over 24 hours without taking it. If you go over 24 hours without it, it’s like your body resets and all the good effects go away for about a week. At least that’s what I notice. When I first started taking it, it took a week before I started to notice any changes. Like I said, I worked my way up to a higher dose low and slow so my weak digestive system could handle it. I didn’t notice all these amazing effects right away. It took weeks to months. For me the first thing I noticed was I wasn’t as hungry all the time (because nothing stayed in my body for more than 4-6 hours). I could go for longer without a burning hunger in my stomach and guts. Then the bloating went away maybe in two weeks-ish? Then I noticed I wasn’t gaining as much weight when I ate ice cream, etc. maybe after a few weeks/month. Then after maybe 2-4 months (it could have been a little longer) I noticed I was losing a little weight without trying and finally my diarrhea went away. Everyone is different so it might take longer or more, or maybe it would be faster and you’d need less? I don’t know. I can only tell you what happened to me. I do notice now after a year of taking resistant starch that if I forget and don’t take it and then start again at the same high dose that all the good effects come back after that first adjustment week. As far as the taste goes, it’s starch so it doesn’t taste that great if you take it in just juice. But it tastes good in smoothies or with milk. I’m sure it would taste good in milk alternatives as well. I hope this helps somebody. I really appreciated other peoples’ reviews when I was wondering wether to spend the money on this. It is definitely worth it!! Much better than potato starch!

easy to use. Has no taste so goes with everything!
Wow. This is an amazing product! I sprinkle it on my salad, on my eggs, and put a scoop in my coffee and a little magic Bullet action It thickens it and gives it mile I will taste with 6g of fiber. What a way to boost your health just by scooping! Great stuff!!

Great product.
I am enjoying this product in oatmeal at breakfast. It mixes well. Keeps me from snacking during the day without adding a lot more calories to my daily total. I am satisfied until dinner with absolutely no urge to eat even a bite of anything between breakfast and dinner. Plus it feeds the good bacteria in the gut which keep us healthy. Highly recommend as an excellent source of resistant starch.

Excellent product but is expensive compared to alternatives
Excellent source of RS. Probably the best natural source currently available. However, it is expensive compared to other options like potato starch or Fibersol-2 as examples. Due to price I will have to also use other sources to hit my daily RS target. Taste is like very very bland banana and will mix very well with protein shakes (Redcon1 MRE Lite banana nutbread ftw). Sometimes I'll just mix it directly in ~6oz water and just chug that down easy pleasy no problems all good. Probably not good to mix with coffee/tea.

I like it
I like this stuff. Adds a bit of banana flavor to things I mix it into. Supposed to be great for gut biome. Does not dissolve in liquid, but is good in yogurt, smoothies, etc.

Easy to mix. Tastes nice.
There is a slight green banana flavor when I added to my cottage cheese and yogurt parfait. Mixed easily and was very nice. Starting this resistant starch to add to my healthy eating habit. Thank you. Very nicely packaged and delivered with care. 5 stars!

scam
I bought this for gut gains. But recently I learned there’s something cheaper with even more resistant starch: Potato starch. It costs less than $5 from the local store and has the most resistant starch on the planet (8 grams per tablespoon). Studies show it's amazing for the gut. Plus it’s tasteless and thickens food whereas this tastes like a monkey’s booty and costs 4X more. Save your money and buy potato starch. I add it a tbsp on top of smoothies and oatmeal. Any non-gmo or organic potato starch works (like Bob's red mill).
